Job Description (Halal)

Menu Creation & Development

• Creating or modifying recipes for the seasonal menu and existing menu development
• Lead monthly training sessions for line cooks.
• Supervise and mentor Demi Chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring good performance.

Kitchen Operations

• Ensure dishes meet Dandy’s standards for taste, quality, and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction
• Minimize food waste by managing portions and ingredients
• Ensure all mise en place is accurate to avoid delays and ensure dishes are served on time
• Maintain top hygiene and safety standards.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Ensure the kitchen team works efficiently for smooth operations for events and during demand periods.
• Being able to resolve any conflicts in the kitchen quickly, effectively and fairly.

Guest Satisfaction

• Maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring high-quality food and service.

Requirement:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen position.
• Strong cooking skills with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Possess good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Creative and passionate about improving kitchen operations and food quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,169.97 per month
