Job Scopes
1. Prospecting and generating leads for potential clients.
2. Meeting with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommending suitable policies.
3. Explaining policy features, coverage, and benefits to clients.
4. Assisting clients with completing insurance applications and paperwork.
5. Providing ongoing customer service, including policy updates, claims assistance, and policy renewals.
6. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
7. Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
8. Meeting sales targets and goals set by the insurance company or agency.
9. Networking and participating in community events to expand client base and generate referrals.
10. Continuously updating skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
