JOB SUMMARY
Human resources consultants advise personnel about recurring issues and problems and assist their team in recruitment, training, and employee management. They create and design plans to apply new techniques for driving changes in a company's HR processes and develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures. They suggest and manage implementation of suitable technology for business advancement and remain up-to-date with the latest trends and progress in the human resources field. Human resources consultants need a master's degree in human resources or a similar related field and hands-on experience with human resources software programs.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
A Junior HR Consultant typically works as part of an SHR Consulting unit. They assist senior HR consultants and HR managers in planning and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives. This can include working on policies related to employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
KEY COMPETENCY REQUIRED
Previous experience working in HR function for minimum 3 years

SCOPE OF DUTIES
1. Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
2. Take responsibility for the successful and timely completion of human resource related projects
3. Conduct HR research, track and analyze metrics and suggest insight to improve decision making
4. Advise HR personnel about any recurring issues and problems
5. Help HR professionals in recruiting, training and management of employees
6. Create and design plans for applying new techniques for driving change in HR processes
7. Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
8. Suggest and manage implementation of suitable HR technology for business advancement
9. Keep abreast with new trends and advancements in the human resources filed
10. Their tasks may involve conducting research on HR best practices, gathering and analyzing HR metrics, preparing HR reports, and assisting in the coordination of HR projects such as employee surveys and corporate events.
11. Junior HR Consultants also provide assistance in resolving HR-related issues and complaints.
12. They may interact with employees to address their concerns, provide information on HR policies, and assist in the resolution of workplace conflicts.
13. They are often involved in the recruitment process, where they may screen resumes, schedule interviews, and participate in the selection of candidates.
14. Part of their role is to constantly stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the HR field, ensuring that the company’s HR practices are up-to-date and effective.
15. In addition to their primary tasks, they may also be required to provide administrative support to the HR department, such as maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and managing HR databases.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
