We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, storytelling ability, and technical expertise to create captivating visuals and videos that resonate with our audience and drive engagement and conversions for both of our brands OilyPod and WooS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Content Creation:
- Plan, create, and edit high-quality visual content (photography, videography, posters, reels) for various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada).
- Develop compelling stories that align with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
2. Platform Optimization:
- Tailor content for specific platform requirements and audience preferences.
- Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes to maximize engagement.
3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align content with campaign objectives.
- Provide creative input for product launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
4. Technical Excellence:
- Operate and manage photography/videography equipment, lighting setups, and editing software.
- Ensure all content is visually consistent and on-brand.
5. Analytics:
- Monitor content performance (engagement rates, conversions, click-through rates) and optimize future strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
6. Innovation:
- Propose fresh, creative ideas to engage the audience and elevate the brand's online presence.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Film Production, Photography, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory with portfolio).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other editing tools.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, or related roles.
- Proven portfolio showcasing diverse work across platforms with measurable impact on engagement and conversions.
3. Creative Expertise:
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to develop audience-centric narratives.
- Knowledge of visual design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
4. Marketing Knowledge:
- Familiarity with social media trends and platform algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada).
- Understanding of audience psychology and how to create content that drives conversions.
5. Soft Skills:
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to feedback and a willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
