About the role

Roseluck Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in our office near KLCC. As a full-time Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in organising and executing successful events that align with our objectives and brand identities.

What you'll be doing

  • In-charge of own events at our Food Bazaars and understand the event's requirements and develop comprehensive event plans
  • Coordinate and oversee all logistical aspects of events, including, catering, entertainment, and equipment setup
  • Manage event budgets and ensure costs are kept within the agreed parameters
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies for events
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of event staff and vendors to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and event management software
  • A degree in event management, marketing, or a related field is preferred
