Job Responsibilities
- Perform data entry for clients’ financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update financial records, including filing invoices, receipts, and other documentation.
- Handle day-to-day clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing files.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries for review by senior team members.
- Support the team with other administrative duties
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year in a clerical or administrative role; experience in an accounting firm is an advantage.
- Well-versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); practical knowledge of various accounting and payroll software is an advantage.
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to work as a team player, self-motivated and disciplined
