  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for intermediate interior designer who is passionate about creating inspiring function spaces. Your creativity will shape the lifestyle of great people!

Responsibilities:

Creative Direction and Guidance:

  • Offering suggestions and advice to the team regarding design concepts and their practicality. This involves providing creative input and guidance, sharing insights, and contributing to the ideation process.

Site Engagement and Drawing Preparation:

  • Attending site measurements and being actively involved in preparing drawings for the entire design stage. This includes creating 3D visualizations and technical drawings (2D Detail Drawings & Furniture Detail Drawings). The role involves being hands-on in the design process from concept to detailed technical specifications.

Collaboration with Project Manager:

  • Working closely with the project manager to align design strategies with client expectations and market demands. This collaboration may involve understanding client needs, interpreting sales feedback, and adjusting designs to meet client preferences.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role required candidate to deal with Mandarin speaker.
  • At least 1.5 Year(s) of relevant working experience in 3D rendering & details drawing.
  • Commercial project experience is a bonus.
  • Skills in design software such as Sketch Up, and Vray or Enscape (training provided).
  • Stay ahead of design trends and innovations.
