Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the manufacturing team to optimize production, ensure product safety, quality, and timely delivery.
- Monitor operations, resolve issues, and implement cost-saving strategies to maximize resource utilization and minimize downtime and yield loss.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality control standards, and oversee production improvement projects.
- Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, and prepare monthly production reports.
- Conduct meetings for smooth communication, drive continuous improvement in production output, quality, and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient operations and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Food Technology/Science, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Familiarity with FSSC22000, ISO22000, GMP, and HACCP standards.
