Retail Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store(s). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience, maximizing sales, leading and developing the team, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.

Sales and Profitability:

• Drive sales to meet or exceed store targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
• Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal sales strategies.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and mentor store staff.
• Schedule and manage employee shifts to optimize productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure excellent customer service by training staff on company standards.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Create a welcoming environment to enhance the shopping experience.

Financial Management:

• Control expenses and manage the store budget effectively.

Health & Safety:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in using retail management software and tools.

Educational Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:
