Protege-RTW Architect

Position Overview:
The Protégé - RTW Architect will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural and interior design projects. The role focuses on developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Background Study:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
• or Other related fields

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural and interior design concepts, drawings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs align with client requirements, project objectives, and budgets.
• Support the preparation of technical drawings and documentation for project submissions.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and progress meetings to monitor and report on project execution.
• Research and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance design outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Provide creative input and ideas to improve overall project aesthetics and functionality.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of architectural detailing and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
