Job Type: Contract (1-Year) with possibility to convert to permanent
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resource Executive to join our team on a one-year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the growth of the organization while gaining valuable HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Prepare and manage job offers, contracts, and new hire documentation.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
- Employee Relations:
- Provide support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and engagement activities.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing the performance appraisal system, ensuring timely feedback and performance reviews.
- Support managers in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
- Monitor and track performance improvement plans (PIPs) and other performance-related initiatives.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate and organize employee training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Assist in maintaining employee training records and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process payroll and assist with benefits administration.
- Support in the preparation of HR reports and dashboards as required by management.
- Assist with HR policy updates and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Other HR Functions:
- Provide administrative support in HR projects, such as organizational restructuring or HR system improvements.
- Assist with exit interviews and employee offboarding procedures.
- Participate in HR-related events and initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Familiarity with HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
