JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be able to communicate in English.
-SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply.
-You are required to work on rotational shifts.
-Problem solvers and ability to perform under high paced working environment.
-Age Group: 18-55 years old.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Answering customer and client questions.
-Handling customer concerns and complaints from client.
-Resolving customer issues.
-Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is positive
-Answering customer calls and directing them to the appropriate recipient
-Communicating with customers via phone, mail and live chat
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
