Job Title: Junior Transaction Consultant
Location: TRX, Kuala Lumpur
Job Type: Permanent/Contract (based on performance during the interview)
Working Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Pre-Transaction Checks Consultant to handle documentation review, survey calls, and email communications within the Pre-Transaction Checks Team. The role involves ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform checks on PruPlanner documentation for New Business.
- Make outbound calls and send emails to customers, ALs, FCs, and BDMs.
- Provide excellent customer service, meeting KPIs (SL, call handling time, etc.).
- Manage escalations using CRM and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.
- Stay updated on insurance products and services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Finance, Business, or related field.
- CMFAS 5, 9, 9A, 8, 8A, HI certifications.
- Experience in insurance, compliance, or customer service preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
