Job Title: Junior Transaction Consultant
Location: TRX, Kuala Lumpur
Job Type: Permanent/Contract (based on performance during the interview)

Working Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Pre-Transaction Checks Consultant to handle documentation review, survey calls, and email communications within the Pre-Transaction Checks Team. The role involves ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform checks on PruPlanner documentation for New Business.
  • Make outbound calls and send emails to customers, ALs, FCs, and BDMs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, meeting KPIs (SL, call handling time, etc.).
  • Manage escalations using CRM and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.
  • Stay updated on insurance products and services.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • CMFAS 5, 9, 9A, 8, 8A, HI certifications.
  • Experience in insurance, compliance, or customer service preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
