Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for component sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s component sales footprint.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and forecast future sales.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Chemical Engineering
- Relevant experienced in component sales for BULK MATERIAL & POWDERS INDUSTRIES
- Relevant experienced in sales & marketing in Asia
- Relevant experienced in management of distribution channels in Asia
- Applicant who have relevant experienced in Powder Processing System & Equipment is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
- A great team player with exceptional interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Willing to travel
- 5 days week

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
