What You’ll Do:
Generate Leads & Close Sales: Identify and reach out to businesses looking for a premium venue to host corporate events. Sell our space and services effectively.
Manage Client Relationships: Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Provide tailored event packages that meet client needs.
Negotiate Deals: Close contracts with a strong focus on pricing, event logistics, and ensuring profitability for the shop.
Drive Results: Meet or exceed sales targets and bring in new business through phone calls, emails, and networking.
Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with our event and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Report on Progress: Track leads, sales, and client interactions, providing regular performance updates.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3-4+ years of B2B sales, ideally in hospitality, events, or food service.
Proven Success: A track record of hitting targets and closing deals.
Relationship Building: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients.
Event Savvy: Familiarity with corporate event planning and the ability to customize offerings to fit client needs.
Self-Motivation: You’re comfortable working independently, managing your own pipeline, and driving results.
Passion for Food & Hospitality: A genuine interest in offering clients a top-tier French pastry experience.
Bilingual: Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
