About the Role:
As a School Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our branch's success, overseeing all aspects of operations, sales, marketing, and business development. If you're a motivated individual with a passion for education and a knack for leadership, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
> School Year Planning: scheduling terms, term breaks, camps, etc.
> Term Administration: offer planning, scheduling, etc.
> Supervising Teachers: calculating workload, checking hiring needs, teaching performance, teaching data administration
> Trial Classes: scheduling trials, evaluating trials, raising trial conversion
> School Maintenance: supervising purchases, managing stock levels, placing orders
> School Finance Administration
> School Data Administration: managing students' data, scheduling data, enrollment information, etc.
> Developing a comprehensive sales strategy
> Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy
> Business Development
> Conducting HR functions
Requirements:
> Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (master's preferred)
> 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development within the education sector
> Strong knowledge of sales and business development strategies
> Experience in supervising sales teams
> Strong organizational and time management skills
> Leadership abilities
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills
> Strong interpersonal skills
> Proficiency in financial management
> Proficiency in educational software
