Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing of CNC Machined Components
- Position Title: Manual Lathe Turning Operator
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 6 Days (Mon - Sat), rotating12-hours shifts (8.30am – 8.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manual lathe machines to produce precision components, according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Set up and calibrate lathe machines by selecting appropriate tools, setting speeds, and ensuring optimal performance.
- Inspect completed components to verify conformance to quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance of machines, adhering to safety protocols.
- Identify and resolve machining issues, making necessary adjustments to ensure product accuracy and quality.
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
