Part Time - Service Crew - Aman Central Mall Kedah

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To serve customers and maintain high quality of service including but not limited to greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring they have a positive experience at the outlet.
• Answer questions about the menu, recommend drinks based on customer preferences, and handle any special requests.
• Prepping ingredients (washing and cutting fruits), blending or juicing drinks according to recipes.
• Update store checklists and restocking supplies.
• Opening and/or closing procedures at the start and/or end of the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment including the outlet and equipment.
• Able to react to fast paced scenarios with quick response time.
• Participate in staff meetings or trainings where applicable.

JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Taken typhoid injection
• Taken health and food safety certification provided by the government
• Passionate in F&B or retail industry

Experience

• No prior experience needed as training will be provided, however experienced working in the F&B field would be an added advantage

Skills & Knowledge

• Top notch customer service skills
• Speak fairly good Bahasa Malaysia and English
• High standards of personal presentation
• Fast learner and a multitasker

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM7.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
