JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To serve customers and maintain high quality of service including but not limited to greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring they have a positive experience at the outlet.
- Answer questions about the menu, recommend drinks based on customer preferences, and handle any special requests.
- Prepping ingredients (washing and cutting fruits), blending or juicing drinks according to recipes.
- Update store checklists and restocking supplies.
- Opening and/or closing procedures at the start and/or end of the day.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment including the outlet and equipment.
- Able to react to fast paced scenarios with quick response time.
- Participate in staff meetings or trainings where applicable.
JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Taken typhoid injection
- Taken health and food safety certification provided by the government
- Passionate in F&B or retail industry
Experience
- No prior experience needed as training will be provided, however experienced working in the F&B field would be an added advantage
Skills & Knowledge
- Top notch customer service skills
- Speak fairly good Bahasa Malaysia and English
- High standards of personal presentation
- Fast learner and a multitasker
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM7.50 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
