HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
· Maintain and compile employee’s record (Attendance, Leaves, Saturday working schedule).
· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
· Handle employee and workers’ uniform and workers shoes.
· Working closely with HQ Admin Executive in managing hostel administrative tasks.
· Assist the vendors doing their jobs; e.g. maintenance job
· Manage filing of departments documents.
· Managing general administration tasks such as courier all the documents to HQ.
· Managing outgoing and incoming courier, pass to respective recipients.
· Handling incoming calls, directed them to appropriate departments.
· Run errands as assigned when necessary.
· To carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments, as and when required.
Job Requirements
· Possess minimum SPM/ STPM of Diploma in relevant fields.
· Minimum 2 years related working experience. Preferable those with working experience in factory/ site.
· Computer literate (Microsoft office).
· Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Possess high level of confidentiality, responsibility, fast learner and self-discipline.
· Willing to work at Bestari Jaya.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
