Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accounting Manager in all accounting tasks.
  • Prepare and process financial/accounting documents (invoices, payments, etc.).
  • Assist with general office data entry and general office administrative works.
  • Maintain office and financial records.
  • Support the payroll process.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting is preferred but not compulsory.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Good computer skills, especially with financial software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in the quarrying and mining industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting and tax rules is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
