Job Summary
To guide students to choose the right course, search for scholarships and apply to the best colleges & universities in Malaysia.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- To provide effective counseling services to students who are looking for admissions in colleges and universities locally.
- To liaise with counterparts from colleges and universities for student counselling and admission.
- To support and execute all activities with regards for enrolment such as admission registration, Scholar Search, school visits and other related events.
- To maintain good product knowledge of the tertiary education industry, institution offerings, as well as career & study pathways.
- To achieve the targets set by the Company in terms of student engagement and enrolment (commission based on target achieved).
- Perform any other duties as directed by the management.
Requirements
- Degree in any subject.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to speak in English. Additional language like Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
- Hungry to achieve sales targets (high commission)
- Excellent work ethics
- Candidates with related working experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Be able to travel and work on-site in the office (Bandar Sunway).
Commitment Expectation
- Work full time at Sunway Geo (Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm).
- Willing to travel for company events when necessary.
- Willing to work on weekends (when necessary) & during peak period.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic salary: RM3000 - RM4000 per month
- Commission: Upon achievement of target (earning potential up to RM30k p.a)
- Transportation allowance: RM120 (claimable)
