  • Maintain and update accurate financial records for clients, ensuring all transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting principles.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) for clients.
  • Assist with maintaining the general ledger, reviewing journal entries, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Communicate directly with clients to resolve any accounting-related issues and provide financial advice or support.
  • Analyze financial data and assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) working as an account executive, preferably in an accounting firm or related setting.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or other accounting systems).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of tax laws, financial reporting standards (MPERS), and accounting regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
