  • Managing Distributor’s Data & Information – Distributor’s Inventory (Monitoring Safety Stock Level, Stock-In & Stock Out), Distributor’s Campaigns Filling and Verification.
  • Generating Relevant Sales Report from SQL System, to make analysis.
  • Reviewing Sales Incentive / Trade Offer Memo and Preparing relevant memo.
  • Maintaining Company Secretary Duties (Director resolution, Trademark etc.) and administrative documentation on timely basis.
  • Monitoring in Product Development Process (new product/ packaging/ new formula etc.).
  • Conducting Seasonal Market Research through Online and Offline (to further understand the Market Place; Competitor’s Product, Consumer's Need).
  • Conduct research analysis on specific topics, compile information so as to provide COO with accurate insights.
  • Communicate & Laise with cross-functional departments and external parties (upon distributor marketing campaigns/ operation, and internal cross department project – product development process).

  • Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
