- Handle inquiries via email, phone, social media
- Book transportation, arrange facilitators, prepare passes/vouchers, make hotel reservations, arrange car rental/transfer, and manage payments
- Liaise with travellers regarding bookings, schedules and insurance
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Update sales report and send to specified receiver daily/monthly
- Prepare tourist or visitor information
- Establish a good working relationship with partner’s / clients and other professionals
- Possess at least SPM qualification, or Diploma, Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Had working experience in Hospitality & Travel industry
- Attempt good soft skill
- Able to deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Language required: English & Mandarin.
