- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback to support ongoing service improvements.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with diverse customers.

- Familiar with Shopee/TikTok platform rules and e-commerce operation models; candidates with relevant operational experience are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries patiently and professionally.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, etc.) and a basic understanding of online sales processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
