- Manage and lead high-impact projects related to sales and business development within the Learn Tech pillar, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and timelines
- Identify new market opportunities for learning technology solutions like Colossyan AI, ClassIn, and Vimeo, and propose strategic initiatives to drive growth.
- Lead the deployment of learning technology solutions such as green screen recording studios and AI-driven video creation tools, ensuring successful adoption within target markets.
- Work cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute special projects and optimize processes for project success.
- Engage with external partners and vendors to explore collaboration opportunities and improve product offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors in the education technology sector, particularly within software, subscription cloud solutions, and EdTech hardware.
- Provide insights and recommendations on new product lines or improvements to existing solutions.
- Track project milestones using ClickUp or similar project management tools, providing regular updates to the Head of Learn Tech on progress, risks, and next steps.
Sales and Business Acumen:
- Proven experience in sales or marketing within the technology or education sectors, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
- Ability to work across departments, build relationships, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions, particularly within the learning technology space.
- Strong communication skills to articulate project goals and engage with internal and external partners effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles, ideally within the education or technology sectors.
- Experience managing EdTech software, subscription-based cloud solutions, or hardware sales will be highly valued.
- Candidates with significant industry knowledge in learning and development or educational software solutions will be considered for the higher end of the salary range.
- Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and business development processes.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and solutions like Colossyan AI, ClassIn, Vimeo, or green screen studios is highly preferred.
