Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, strategies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and statutory requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and other legal requirements related to HR practices.
- Responsible for full recruitment process including advertising, interviewing, on-boarding, etc.
- Responsible for foreign worker permit application, renewal and other foreign worker management matters.
- Responsible for employee training & development and HRDF matters.
- Responsible for monthly payroll and statutory submission (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Administer performance appraisal, prepare and/ or recommend bonuses and salary increment.
- Work with management/ department head and employee on feedback, disciplinary issues, etc.
- Monitor daily attendance of employee and administer employee’s leave application.
- Maintain proper filing system, update and ensure the employee information is up to date in HR system.
- Responsible for all insurance related matters.
- Prepare all HR documentation.
- Other ad-hoc duties and organizational projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related working experiences is required for this position.
- Entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
- Familiarity with Malaysia Labour Law, foreign worker management, all work passes’ application/ renewal is strongly preferred.
- Able to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin, to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 5-day working week.
- Working Location: Nusajaya.
