Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, strategies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and statutory requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and other legal requirements related to HR practices.
  • Responsible for full recruitment process including advertising, interviewing, on-boarding, etc.
  • Responsible for foreign worker permit application, renewal and other foreign worker management matters.
  • Responsible for employee training & development and HRDF matters.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll and statutory submission (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
  • Administer performance appraisal, prepare and/ or recommend bonuses and salary increment.
  • Work with management/ department head and employee on feedback, disciplinary issues, etc.
  • Monitor daily attendance of employee and administer employee’s leave application.
  • Maintain proper filing system, update and ensure the employee information is up to date in HR system.
  • Responsible for all insurance related matters.
  • Prepare all HR documentation.
  • Other ad-hoc duties and organizational projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of related working experiences is required for this position.
  • Entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with Malaysia Labour Law, foreign worker management, all work passes’ application/ renewal is strongly preferred.
  • Able to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin, to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • 5-day working week.
  • Working Location: Nusajaya.
