Junior Application Consultant

Role Description

1. Assist project manager to implement project, from pre-sales, support development and implementation
2. Work closely between the sales team, consulting team, and customer
3. Engage with clients to gather and document detailed system requirements
4. Prepare test scenarios and test scripts for UAT
5. Regularly provide the customer with a regular status update (for example, troubleshooting or process handling)
6. Ensure progress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally
7. Dealing with clients – workshops, Proof of concepts, user training, design and user documentation, solution deployment and co-ordination and post go live support
8. To provide technical support to user via phone, email, online or on-site including call centre
9. Deployment with system installation and training
10. Complete the tasks that are assigned by superiors

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluency in Mandarin (able to read and write) as HQ is Taiwan, English, Malay. Other languages are added advantage.
