- Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams, to ensure project goals are met
- Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project
- Review engineering design and conduct value engineering to minimize project cost
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (Preferably electrical engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management
- Able to be relocated to outstation for project execution
- Strong capability in planning and coordination with good resource management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent in Autocad & Microsoft office (project, excel, power point etc.)
- Proficient in english & malay. Having mandarin proficiency will be a plus point.
