Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior System Developer at Pecca Group Berhad in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Senior System Developer will be responsible for system development, software development, programming, databases, and testing. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions to meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To lead in the system development, programming and prepare the required project documentation.
  • To support post system implementation and systems integration testing.
  • Proficient with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • To attend project status meetings and update project status.
  • To perform system deployment, user training and initial implementation support to the stakeholders.
  • Responsible in close communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of system.
  • To assist in managing the inventory, support and maintenance of all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, business application, software and security.
  • To conduct user training and guide user on operating the application.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years related working experience.
  • Possess adequate knowledge at least 5 or more of the software development language: C/C++, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, Python, PHP and knowledge of any Database Engine.
  • Exposure in manufacturing environment is added advantages.
  • Hands-on experience in Barcode System, Windows Mobile, RS-232 communication system, and Windows networking environment are added advantages.
  • Experience in ERP System are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical skill and good in programming.
  • System Development, Software Development, and Programming skills.
  • Experience in working with databases and conducting testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Proficiency in user interface (Ul) and user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Familiar with setting up PC/Server peripherals and installing multi OS platform.
