What will you do:

  • End-to-End Recruitment
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Industry-Specific Talent Acquisition
    • Source experienced candidates within the FX & CFDs sector, including roles in trading, compliance, sales, marketing, IT, and operations.
    • Leverage your knowledge of the industry to identify niche skills and emerging talent trends.
  • Candidate Experience
    • Build and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Market Insights & Employer Branding
    • Provide insights on recruitment trends and competitor activities within the FX & CFDs space.
    • Enhance the companys employer brand by representing the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Remote Collaboration
    • Effectively manage recruitment activities remotely or in-office, ensuring seamless communication with global teams.


Who are we looking for:

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record of recruiting within the FX & CFDs industry (minimum 3 years).
    • Strong understanding of the roles, functions, and technical requirements in the FX & CFDs sector.
    • Candidates must be able to speak fluently in English. Ability to speak Chinese is advantage but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions effectively.
  • Work Setup:
    • Comfortable working remotely or from the office.
    • Ability to collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones.
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
