What will you do:
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Industry-Specific Talent Acquisition
- Source experienced candidates within the FX & CFDs sector, including roles in trading, compliance, sales, marketing, IT, and operations.
- Leverage your knowledge of the industry to identify niche skills and emerging talent trends.
- Candidate Experience
- Build and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Market Insights & Employer Branding
- Provide insights on recruitment trends and competitor activities within the FX & CFDs space.
- Enhance the companys employer brand by representing the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Remote Collaboration
- Effectively manage recruitment activities remotely or in-office, ensuring seamless communication with global teams.
- Experience:
- Proven track record of recruiting within the FX & CFDs industry (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of the roles, functions, and technical requirements in the FX & CFDs sector.
- Candidates must be able to speak fluently in English. Ability to speak Chinese is advantage but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions effectively.
- Work Setup:
- Comfortable working remotely or from the office.
- Ability to collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
