- Manage end to end brand lifecycle from purchasing and supplier management, to launching and growing the brand.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for our guitar, studio equipment, drum, or piano brands, encompassing product positioning, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead the creation of engaging brand content, including product descriptions, marketing materials, social media campaigns, artist partnerships, and trade show presentations.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand guitarist, drummers, or pianists preferences, competitor analysis, and industry trends, informing brand strategy and content creation.
- Represent the brand at industry events, build strong relationships with guitar, drum, or pianists’ media, artists, and key retailers, and cultivate brand awareness within the music community.
- Track and analyse brand performance metrics, including sales figures, brand sentiment, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies for continued brand growth.
- Extensive knowledge and passion in either guitars, drums, studio equipment, or piano with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies in the music industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with a passion for crafting compelling content that resonates with guitarists.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, media contacts, guitar artists, and key retailers. You'll also be able to effectively lead and motivate a team towards achieving brand goals.
- Experience with brand performance measurement and a focus on using data to optimize brand impact within the musical instrument market.
