Job Position: Manager, Corporate Marketing
Job description:
- In charge of marketing & branding portfolio of Bradbury Group. Liaise closely with CEO & group direction in all marketing-related activities such as conference, BPO private preview, webinar, fund launching event and etc.
- Working in partnership with various vendors in conceptualizing, developing, and executing marketing and branding related giveaways which includes seasonal festival gift sets (annual giftboxes, lunar new year red packets, Bradbury merchandises) to clients, internal & external stakeholders.
- Ensure to deliver marketing activities with the established budget. Key person to coordinate on marketing projects being outsourced to external vendors.
- In charge of conceptualizing, developing, and executing all public offline and online events/conference organizations and ensure all elements are aligned with brand initiatives within established budget.
- Prepare and develop corporate brand image along with market awareness.
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract new relationship managers and investors, increase brand awareness and increase loyalty from existing investors.
- Develop, maintain, and update business development related materials such as sales deck and corporate presentations for investors and partners.
- Managing other ad-hoc tasks, projects and responsibilities to meet company's objectives and goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication & Media or any relevant qualification
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- To be efficient at work with high level of attention to detail, able to organize and time manage, meet deadlines, and ad hoc request
- Experience in managing budgets and resources.
- A self-starter and independent innovator, able to maximize use of resources on hand and think out of the box. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to resolve challenges.
- Fluent in multi languages such as English and Malay. Language skill in Chinese and Cantonese will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
