Responsibilities:
- Understand site structure & customer journey in both Online Store, Employee Purchase Portal (EPP) and marketplaces (eg. Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
- Understand of promotion running daily/weekly/monthly basis by align with onsite operation team.
- Run end to end full cycle Quality Control testing in frontend site in both Online Store and EPP including promo code, making sure promotions are working as expected till payment & order placing.
- Monitor banners, components, product image, CTA link, page loading etc on frontend in both E store and EPP and report to online team.
- Monitor price on each site including discount price & special price.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess diploma/degree in information technology.
- Minimum 3 years working experience on Online Stores or marketplaces.
- Prefer candidates with working experience related to eCommerce industry.
- Must be detailed oriented, good follow up and strong communication skills.
- Understanding of customer journey and experience in UI/UX will be a plus point.
- Ability to write test script for automation testing is a plus.
- Candidate must be willing to work at KL Eco City, fully work in office.
