General Summary Of Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Logistics Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our Logistics department at Shah Alam. You will be responsible for adhering to established standards & activities related to logistics and distribution operation. Perform as team player among key team member logistics, warehouse, QA etc. Able to adapt to changing environments. Assist and support logistics specialist & executive in operating the business.

What would your role look like?

  • Update FRC location transfer and update smartsheet.
  • Handle the location transfer in NAV system (QUA, STK RW).
  • Process require documentation in Yusen platform and iSupplier platform.
  • Prepare monthly export shipping report – for Finance and Warehouse department.
  • Update lampiran P3 for each shipments.
  • Delivery dates update in system when required.
  • Process and post MELAKA Delivery Order.
  • Follow up on custom FINAL K2 form with Forwarding Agent, check and enter the SMK # in NAV system for LMW report purpose.
  • Ensure all paperwork is well prepared and keep for audit purposes.

What you will bring:

  • A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration
  • Willing to work at Shah Alam
  • Good writing and verbal communications (English)
  • Detail oriented
