- Perform Level 2 application support.

- Conduct application health checks and monitoring.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in POS System Software Support or Accounting System Software Support.
- Strong knowledge of POS System Software or Accounting Software.
- Technical knowledge of computer networking.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive team player.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-border colleagues.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts or overtime (OT claimable).
