Description
- Oversee and manage payroll operations across multiple regions.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, especially in Malaysia and Taiwan
- Handle payroll-related queries and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare payroll reports for management review
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the payroll department
Profile
A successful Senior Payroll Specialist should have:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, with a strong focus on managing payroll for Taiwan and Malaysia.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) is required, as this role involves processing payroll for Taiwan and communicating with stakeholders from Taiwan.
- Experience in a Shared Services environment is an added advantage.
- Must be able to work in Penang
