Sleeping Lion Suites is a dynamic hospitality establishment focused on providing exceptional guest experiences. We are expanding and seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager/Finance Executive to join our team to drive financial efficiency and contribute to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and general ledger management.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with management to optimize cost management and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality experience is an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
