Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  2. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and other initiatives to drive sales.
  4. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offerings and promotions that align with the brand and target customer preferences.
  5. Utilize various digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and website optimization, to promote the restaurant and drive customer engagement.
  6. Identify competition, analyze sales data and customer feedback to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Manage the restaurant's loyalty program and develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  8. Monitor the restaurant's online reputation and respond to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Attend industry events and participate in networking opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry developments and connect with potential partners.
  10. Assist the senior marketing executive in all marketing tasks and perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the senior marketing executive and/or the Department Head.
  11. Collaborate with the Department Head from headquarters as a marketing partner.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • A candidate with a background in food and beverage (F&B) will have an advantage.
  • More than 1 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
