What You’ll Do
As our Account Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly, all while helping our team stay organized and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:

Accounts Receivable Management:

  • Process and track incoming payments accurately and promptly.
  • Reconcile account discrepancies and ensure timely follow-ups on overdue invoices.
  • Keep our financial health in check by preparing aging reports and nurturing client relationships.

Customer Data & Credit Control:

  • Maintain and update customer records, safeguarding data accuracy.
  • Assess credit limits, verify creditworthiness, and enforce credit policies.
  • Spot potential risks early and escalate them for swift resolution.

Financial Reporting & Documentation:

  • Assist in preparing monthly management reports, financial statements, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure every transaction is properly recorded, filed, and compliant with auditing standards.

Administrative Support:

  • Keep our office operations running smoothly by managing supplies, organizing correspondence, and supporting other departments as needed.
  • Take on ad hoc projects to showcase your versatility and help drive the company forward.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: LCCI/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Admin, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Computerized accounting proficiency, attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred, but fresh graduates with a can-do attitude are welcome! We provide on-the-job training.
