About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and creative Marketing Executive (Junior) to join the growing team at Supercube Sdn Bhd. As a Marketing Executive, you will play an essential role in developing engaging content, supporting advertising strategies, and executing impactful campaigns. This position offers valuable hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions, making it perfect for fresh graduates eager to learn and grow in the world of marketing. This is a full-time position based at our office in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, paid ads) and traditional channels.
  • Developing engaging and on-brand content for social media, website, video content, and other marketing materials to promote Supercube products.
  • Job rotation: Involvement in content creation, video production, advertising, and campaign analysis to provide a 360 marketing experience.
  • Conducting market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Supporting the advertising team in managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the creative and sales team to ensure alignment in branding, storytelling, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Assisting in tracking and analyzing the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, and social media dashboards.
  • Providing administrative and hands-on support to the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new ideas.

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (1 -2 year of experience is a bonus and welcome to apply).
  • A passion for learning and growing in the marketing field, with the flexibility to handle different aspects of marketing through job rotation.
  • Strong writing and creative content skills for social media, video scripts, and online platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • A good problem-solving attitude, with curiosity and enthusiasm to explore data and trends to make impactful recommendations.
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about creating content that inspires, educates, and engages audiences.
