Job Responsibilities:

  • To aggressively promote and generate sales for Panasonic RAC (residential air-conditioners), CAC (commercial air-conditioners) and VRF systems.
  • To visit and networking to develop new clients, dealers, installers & etc.
  • To follow-up closely on sales progress and account receivables.
  • To prepare sales forecast from Retail and Project sales information by studying and considering market trends.
  • To manage Retail sales focusing on MM channel and provide market movement report on competitor activities.
  • To develop project sales for commercial sectors, office building/ school/ hospital/ factory, etc.
  • To develop retail sales by attending enquiries and site appointments to understand customers’ need and provide total solution to meet their need.
  • To provide sell out activities plan to further improve sales in Retail outlets.
  • To constantly check and report tender information of projects to the Management.
  • To follow-up on the progress of projects by utilizing project list.
  • To collect market feedback for Panasonic air-conditioner products from business partners for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
  • Extensive knowledge in market demand, competitor products and technical solution for project business.
  • Preferably with some air-conditioning technical and market knowledge.
  • Fresh graduate with outgoing personality is encourage to apply.
  • Preferably with working experiences in HVAC industry or related Sales & Marketing field.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with great customer satisfaction acumen.
  • Computer literate with competency in MS Office and AutoCAD software or similar.
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written). Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
