Responsibilities:
- Oversee, develop, and implement marketing strategies and programs for the company and its respective centers.
- Plan and execute marketing events such as roadshows, carnivals, seminars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital and online marketing efforts, including social media campaigns.
- Write and proof-read creative and engaging copy for various marketing channels.
- Manage Above-the-Line and Below-the-Line advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate the creation of POSM/Communication materials such as brochures, leaflets, buntings, and posters.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal centers and departments to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Liaise and coordinate with external suppliers, partners, and media to support marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness through detailed reporting and data analysis.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies with measurable results.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns and creative work.
