  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

You will play an important role as:

  • Obtain contact details of potential clients from sources of leads including telephone directories
  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe the benefits of products or services, to persuade potential clients make a successfully appointment
  • Communicating with the clients via cold calling and email marketing
  • Resolves client complaints and grievances and deals with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the client’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs
  • Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet the telemarketing quota and facilitate future sales

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

· Education: Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business related field or equivalent

· Experience: Relevant working experience in a Marketing / Sales / Telemarketing Executive / Telemarketer / Telesales and Customer Service or equivalent

· Skills: Excellent active listening, persuasive, negotiation, and professional communication skills

· Languages: We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
