Acting as a Quality Technician, strive to ensure a zero-defect flow out to customers or distribution centres. The DHR technician will support in reviewing device history records for every work order in SNOM. They shall consult with QE if there are any doubts. The job requires being on shift.

What will you be doing?

  • In this role, the primary responsibility is to review, scan, and maintain Device History Records (DHR), which constitutes 60% of the workload. This involves meticulously tracking discrepancies detected during the review process and ensuring timely updates of reviewed lots.

  • Additionally, the position entails performing SAP transactions during DHR review operations, accounting for 10% of duties. The candidate must also demonstrate familiarity with the process flow for all value streams, supplying another 10% to the role.

  • Collaboration with operational teams is important to maintain product quality. This involves sharing detected discrepancies, raising awareness, and driving improvements, representing 5% of tasks. Furthermore, the role includes assisting in leading customer complaint documentation related to DHR reviews, comprising another 5% of responsibilities.

  • Finally, the candidate is encouraged to interpret, analyze, and propose applicable improvements. Additionally, they must remain vigilant for gaps in production processes, including areas such as 5S, line clearance, product identification and segregation, Preventive Maintenance (PM), calibration, jig and fixture, etc.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Candidates may hold a certificate or diploma in any discipline, with no specific requirements regarding the field of study.

  • While experience in DHR review is preferred, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with ISO13845 standard and Ishikawa/fishbone diagram is preferred but not required.

  • Successful candidates should demonstrate sharpness, alertness, attention to detail, and strong oral and written communication skills.
