Position Summary


We are looking for a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our sales team. This role will focus on managing channel relationships and selling enterprise data center hardware third-party maintenance services. You will work closely with senior sales executives and channel partners to support sales efforts, build relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support Channel Partner Relationships
    • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSPs), and systems integrators.
    • Coordinate with partners to identify opportunities and ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Provide day-to-day support to channel partners, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  2. Sales Enablement
    • Work with senior sales executives to develop proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to channel partner and customer needs.
    • Help coordinate sales processes, including gathering client requirements and ensuring accurate documentation.
    • Learn to present third-party maintenance solutions and value propositions effectively to prospective partners and clients.
  3. Market Research and Lead Generation
    • Research potential channel partners and clients to identify new business opportunities.
    • Support lead generation activities, including outreach via email, phone, and digital platforms.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to assist in refining sales strategies.
  4. Customer Relationship Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
    • Assist with tracking partner activities and pipeline progress.
    • Follow up on partner and client interactions to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  5. Professional Development
    • Participate in training programs to develop a strong understanding of enterprise data center hardware and third-party maintenance solutions.
    • Actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge of the industry and improve sales techniques.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (namely Salesforce and Hubspot) is essential.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, excel and teams.
  • Good understanding of data center hardware (servers, storage, networking) and maintenance lifecycles. Familiarity with third-party maintenance solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with partners and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
