Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of the employee work visa process, including applications, renewals and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work visa applications and related documents.
  • Provide guidance and support on travel visa applications for employees traveling or relocating.
  • Handle and be responsible for office operations tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, supervising office equipment, and ensuring a good office environment.
  • Manage office budget and expenses, including monitoring and reconciling invoices.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in organizing company-specified activities

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in Malaysia visa application, with a working background of at least 500 people in MNC companies.
  • Fast learner and willingly to learn
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong skills in office software applications.
