Role Description
Senior Associate will be vital in providing management consultancy support and strategic advice throughout the deal process.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Complete tasks/projects assigned such as but not limited to business and finance transformation, merger and acquisition and etc.
- Assist in managing due diligence, including understanding, manipulating and interpreting financial and technical data and executing various analysis of financial results, forecast, variances and trends.
- Build financial models, valuation analysis, produce presentations illustrating our client's business value to potential buyer/seller and maintain active dialogue with the clients to facilitate investment opportunities.
- Write comprehensive research reports and information memorandum to support investment/acquisition proposal of our client
- Support in building and leveraging relationships with clients to identify, respond to and convert client opportunities.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years working experiences in audit, finance or any related industry
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with acute judgement/high attention to detail
- Financial modelling experience is desirable
- Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Good communication and writing skills, able to make complicated jargons into layman term
- Multilingual fluency and good presentation skills
- Able to generate research report ready within a couple of days
