Job summary:

To ensure all arrivals are GR in system within 24hours from the unloading date and ensure all reports/ relevant documents are submitted in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately record details of received goods into inventory systems, including item descriptions, quantities, and tracking numbers.
  • Cross-check delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices to confirm that received items match the orders placed.
  • Process and prepare all necessary paperwork for received goods, such as receipts, inspection forms, and stock movement documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel to verify shipment details, resolve discrepancies, and address any issues with received goods.
  • Communicate with clients or customers about the status of their inbound goods, including delivery schedules or potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of received goods, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones, responding to emails, or preparing management reports.
  • Ensure all documents, including shipping manifests and inspection reports, comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • File discrepancy or damage reports for goods that do not match purchase orders or are defective.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet daily deadlines for processing, data entry, and reporting.
  • Update inventory records to reflect stock levels accurately after goods are received.
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of received goods, highlighting any issues during the process.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including using PPE and handling goods appropriately.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure efficient operations and clear pathways.
  • Foster clear communication with supervisors and team members.

Job Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistic, Engineering or any other related fields.
  • Any prior experience in quality assurance or QMS specific to logistics, supply chain, or a 3PL environment would be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with a minimum course completion CGPA of 3.0 are welcomed to apply as well
  • Possess knowledge in project management.
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
