Job Responsibilities :

As an Account Manager for Digital PIN Content, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key partners in the digital content distribution space. This single contributor role involves negotiating terms, onboarding new pin suppliers, and ensuring the seamless distribution of third-party pins for Razer Gold across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with digital pin partners to ensure a steady supply of third-party pins.

    • Negotiate margins and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with pin suppliers.

    • Identify and onboard new digital pin suppliers to expand the Razer Gold ecosystem.

    • Oversee the distribution of third-party pins across B2B and B2C segments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

    • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer support, to address partner queries and resolve issues.

    • Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to inform strategic decisions.

    • Define and oversee operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery and streamline workflows.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital pin aggregation and distribution.

    • Ensure accuracy in billing for all transactions with digital pin suppliers and partners.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to address partner queries and issues.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the digital content or payment solutions industry.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

  • Familiarity with digital pin aggregation and pin distribution is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
